DEFINITIONS
Non-standard Sidewalk: A sidewalk that deviates from the City’s Standard Plan S-440-0
Non-standard Driveway Apron: A driveway apron that deviates from the City’s Standard Plan S-440-4.
Applicants would also be required to obtain an "A" Permit or "B" Permit for the installation/construction of the sidewalk or driveway apron.
REQUIREMENTS
Applicants shall construct sidewalks and driveway aprons with approved materials or colors only as stipulated in S-601-3. Materials not on the approved list (S-601-3), must obtain approval from the City’s Department of General Services. Colors not on the approved list, must also obtain approval from the City’s Office of Cultural Affairs.
