Purpose

 

Requirements

  1. Complete a BOE Application (similar to what LGD has)
    1. What are the fees?  Is this similar to LGD?
  2. BOE prepares a Board Report so the Board can approve the removal
  3. BOE to complete a Release form (similar form to BOS or if we can find a BOE form) and provide this to the applicant
  4. Applicant to record at the County (do we care if they return with the recorded document since this is their title)
